The Rushlight Summer Showcase takes place on Thursday 14 June 2018 at Church House Westminster, Dean’s Yard, London, SW1P 3NZ. It is THE marketplace that brings together cleantech developers and sustainable solution providers, with investors & financiers and businesses looking to source suppliers and partners for an improved level of sustainability in their supply chain and operations. It follows on from the highly successful Rushlight Show which has just had its 9th year and attracted 600 cleantech CEOs and entrepreneurs, investors and financiers, advisers, corporate customers and others involved in the sector.

Cleantech companies can apply for one of the remaining presentation slots in the Conference Showcase to panels of investors, corporate venturers, partners and corporate customers. There are also a limited number of stands available in the Exhibition area.

The highlights include:

  • A conference, opened by the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, where 40 cleantech companies will be presenting to a large audience looking to learn about the latest sustainable innovations and clean technologies.
  • The latest announcements from BEIS on funding for cleantech businesses.
  • Announcements about a range of new funding rounds by Innovate UK, which will be of direct interest to cleantech companies.

Cleantuesday is very proud to present the first French Innovative Ecotech Landscape (out of energy) including all startups and innovative SMEs active in circular economy, water and air treatment, resources efficiency/green chemistry, smart city and adaptation to climate change (if french startups think they should be included, they can contact us)

Cleantuesday est très heureux de presenter le premier Paysage de l'innovation Ecotech français (hors energie, deja brillament traitée par France Green Industries) incluant les startups et PME innovantes de l'economie circulaire, du traitement de l'eau et de l'air, de la smart city, de l'adaptation au changement climatique et de la chimie verte/resource efficiency (les startups ou PME qui souhaiteraient etre incluses peuvent nous contacter). Startup Energy Transition

Powered by the German Energy Agency in cooperation with the World Energy Council, the SET Award is an international competition for start-ups and young companies worldwide who are working on ideas affecting the global energy transition and climate change. There are six different categories applicants can present their projects in. The 2018 categories reflect the critical issues facing innovation needed for the energy transition globally. The 9th Rushlight Show is taking place on Thursday 25 January 2018 at the Royal Geographical Society, London. It is a leading event for cleantech companies and sustainable solutions to meet investors and financiers, corporate customers, government departments, advisers and intermediaries in the heart of London.
The event highlights are:
1. The Innovation Showcase of the Cleantech Conference, opened by Claire Perry, Minister of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, with 40 companies presenting their latest cleantech and sustainability innovations.
2. The Innovate UK Energy Catalyst Round 4 Showcase in the Exhibition, together with the poster exhibition, amounting to over 100 of the latest innovations in cleantech and sustainability.
3. UK Energy breakfast seminar, where a senior representative from BEIS will provide an update on the strategy for energy in the UK and the whole market will be analyzed and the energy revolution explained. This is a must-attend event for anyone with an interest in UK power generation and the energy market.
4. The Resourceful Conference, in association with LCRN and the Circular Economy Club, which is the marketplace for the development of the circular economy, with a major opportunity for solutions providers and intermediaries to present to investors, local authorities, government, and corporates eager to engage in this space.
5. The Sustainable Solutions Market Panel, where organisations can present their market-ready products and services directly to a panel and audience of leading sustainability and procurement representatives from corporate UK who are seeking to further their supply chain sustainability and resilience, including NHS, Nestle, Vinci, Unite Students, John Lewis, NSG Group and Heathrow Airport.

The total audience for the whole event is expected to exceed 500 and will include cleantech senior management, investors, advisers, corporate customers, sustainability professionals, local authorities, community reuse businesses, trade associations, media and other consultants specializing in the various sectors. The programme includes over 20 active investors from across Europe, 12 major corporates seeking more sustainable suppliers, leading public sector officials and 60 cleantech companies
